9.2.4. Sanatın Genişleyen Sınırları ve Transdisipliner Üretim Biçimleri

Özet: Tarih boyunca bilimsel ve felsefi kırılma noktalarının düşünme biçimlerini dönüştürdüğü ve bunun bireylerin üretim pratiklerine yansıdığı bilinmektedir. Bu dönüşümler, sanatın tanımı, kapsamı ve çerçevesinin sürekli olarak değişmesine, sanat anlayışını belirleyen ölçütlerin güncellenmesine zemin hazırlamıştır. Postmodern kültürel üretim biçimleriyle birlikte disiplinler arasındaki sınırlar önce zayıflamış, günümüzde ise tamamen eriyerek kavramların yeniden tanımlanmasını gerektirmiştir. Bilim, sanat ve teknolojideki marjinal değişimler ile sosyal ve tarihsel olayların yarattığı kırılmalar, sanatçıyı bambaşka bir konuma taşımış; sanat, bilim ve teknoloji arasındaki ilişki güncel üretimlerde disiplinler arası geçişkenliği arttırarak sanatçı, bilim insanı ve teknolog gibi unvanları birbirine yaklaşır hale getirmiştir. Bu çerçevede transdisipliner yöntem, hem akademik literatürde karmaşık problemlere çözüm arayışında hem de sanat alanında disiplinler arası entegrasyonun nitelendirilmesinde öne çıkan bir kavramdır. Kendinden önceki anlayışlara meydan okuyan bu değişim, transdisipliner düşünme biçiminin önemini ortaya koyarak yeni bir bilgi alanı ve yeni bir düşünme pratiğinin inşasına imkan tanımaktadır. Sanatın yalnızca estetik bir etkinlik olmaktan çıkarak farklı disiplinlerle etkileşim içinde toplumsal ve felsefi bir sorgulama alanına dönüştüğü günümüzde, transdisipliner yöntem ve transdisipliner sanatçı kavramları çağdaş üretimlerin açıklanmasında çerçeve kavramlar haline gelmektedir. Bu makale, çağdaş sanatın değişen üretim biçimlerini transdisipliner düşünme biçimi üzerinden değerlendirmeyi amaçlamakta; sanat geleneği ile gelecek arasında konumlanan sanatçıya bugünün dünyasında yeni bir perspektif sunmaktadır. Çalışma, transdisipliner yaklaşımın yöntemsel ve kavramsal boyutlarını tartışarak bu düşünme biçiminin sanatsal üretimlerdeki yansımalarını toplumsal bağlantılarıyla birlikte ele almaktadır.
